Conversion of Charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar to plywood top and Repair of Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top for SRC PRC and various unit at GE Ramgarh Cantt

Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) NYLON NEWAR :- Removing unserviceable NYLON NEWAR from charpoy GI pipe tightening the complete charpoy i.e. loose check nuts, elbows long rail and short rail and making it suitable for fixing 12mm thick (7 Nos ply) BWR plywood (ISI marked) in top of the charpoy size 1980x900X440 mm, supply and fixing flat iron for cleats of size 40 mm(Width) x 5 mm (Thick) , 40 mm (Length), duly holed 08 Nos 02 Nos each long rail and 02 Nos on each short rail by welding to the long and short rails. Also supply and fixing 02 Nos stiffener per charpoy make to shape out of 900x40 x 5mm thick flat iron fixed to frame with 02 Nos of nuts and bolts 17mm long and 04 Nos washers of size 6mm dia per stiffener ( A total of 08 Nos of nuts & bolts with 16 Nos washer ii.e 02 Nos hole on each long rails and 02 Nos hole on each short rails and 02 Nos holes in each MS flat iron shall be provided to fix the plywood with the frame) nuts provided shall be galvanised countersunk. MS flat iron will be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and over it two coats of synthetic enamel paints black colour, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of Plywood: KIT PLY/NATIONAL/CENTURY PLYWOOD.

Removing old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new long rail made out of 32mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe ISI marked duly threaded at both ends to the required length so as to form a true frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of short rail of length 900 mm made out of long rail retrived form ite No.2 here-in-before duly threaded at both ends to the required length so as to form a true frame , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fixing new legs of length 440 mm made out of short rails retrieved from item No. 3 here-in-before duly threaded at one ends and supply and fixing of circular 5mm (thick) MS plate and disc 50 mm dia by welding at the bottom of leg on other end, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable elbow and supply and fixing new 3 way elbow GI 32mm bore (Inside threaded) ISI marked , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of check nut of 32mm bore, 6mm thick, medium weight (internally threaded) one number for each side of long rail for tightening the frame, complete all as specified and as directed.

Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) :- (WITH PLYWOOD TOP) Removing unserviceable PLYWOOD TOP from charpoy GI pipe tightening the complete charpoy i.e. loose check nuts, elbows long rail and short rail and making it suitable for fixing 12mm thick (7 Nos ply) BWR plywood (ISI marked) in top of the charpoy size 1980x900X440 mm and supply and fixing flat iron for cleats of size 40mm (W) x5 mm (Th) x 40 mm long, duly holed 08 Nos 02 Nos each long rail and 02 Nos on each short rail by welding to the long and short rails. Also supply and fixing 02 Nos stiffener per charpoy make to shape out of 900x40 x 5mm thick flat iron fixed to frame with 02 Nos of nuts and bolts 17mm long and 04 Nos washers of size 6mm dia per stiffener ( A total of 08 Nos of nuts & bolts with 16 Nos washer ii.e 02 Nos hole on each long rails and 02 Nos hole on each short rails and 02 Nos holes in each MS flat iron shall be provided to fix the plywood with the frame) nuts provided shall be galvanised countersunk. Removing old unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe and fixing of short rail made length 900mm made out of long rail retrieved from item No.8 here-in-before duly threaded at both ends to the required length so as to form a true frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fixing new legs of length 440mm made out of shrort rails retrieved from item No.9 here-in-before duly threaded at one ends and supply and fixing of circular 5mm(th) MS plate and disc 50mm dia by welding at the bottom of leg on other end, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable elbow and supply and fixing new 3 way elbow GI 32mm bore (Inside threaded) ISI marked , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
