S&F in repair cable end cap for cable 95 Sqmm three core + 70 sqmm and one core + 35 Sqmm one core and conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable end cap for cable 70 Sqmm three core + 50 sqmm and one core + 25 Sqmm one core and conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair suspension clamp with aluminium alloy bracket stainless steel strap, buckles, eye hook incl nuts and bolts and washers confirming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete as per IS-2713 MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm , final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (200mm wide each) enamelled paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Required earth work and PCC will be paid eparately under relevnt items of Sch A

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable/broken PCC pole and struts of any size including clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 16mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for poles,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus any type of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, ( using 40mm graded stone Agg) in foundation and posts including caps and bases all as specified as directed.

Dismanlting and taking down bend/damaged mild steel work such as cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms,bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat and one finishing coat of paint.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair bracket made out of 32mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade not less than 1.2 mtr long bend to shape with all fitting including fixed on pole with 02 Nos MS Clamp made out of F1 32x6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old U/S service cable and Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, twin core cable flat or circular 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs new LED Post TopLantern light fitting housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, including connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from pole box to light or from overhead conductor to light and suitable size & Length of GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs new LED street/security light fitting 60W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.98 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, Surge protection level ≥ 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD < 10% made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra>70, and LED lumen efficiency >140 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, 80 degree luminior efficiancy > 110 Lumens/watt power LED should be of more than 01 watt CCT should be between 5700° K- 6500° K ncluding connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from pole box to light or from overhead conductor to light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair thermoplastic cable juction boxes/enclosure (Distribution Box) for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry suitable for cable size 16 to 25 Sqmm of dimension having 4 pole connector (for cable in and out junction) of suitable rated aluminium bus bar fixed inside box with insulator support complete fitted on pole with suitable size of MS Clamps F1, nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair thermoplastic service connection boxes/enclosure (Distribution Box) having busbar with screw bolt connection through fly nut for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry suitable for cable size 16 to 25 Sqmm of dimension 450x375x200 mm having 4 pole connector (for cable in and out junction) of suitable rated aluminium bus bar fixed inside box with insulator support complete fitted on pole with suitable size of MS Clamps F1, nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on clamps incl connections of existing service cables with suitable size of thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground.
