Supply , fixing and testing 100 mm bore sluice valve flanged and drilled both ends CI body, heavy duty, class PN 1:6 gun metal spindle conforming to IS 14846 including jointing with and including rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts, and washers complete and dismantling taking out old unserviciale sluice valve including cutting unscrewing old nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connections of burnt mono block pump set / electrical motors of 10/15HP, 3 phase from the site / location including transporting to and from to work shop. Rewinding of electrical motors by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding wire cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes winding polyster based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles, turning and polishing to the shaft and / or rotor, including replacement of suitable bearing etc complete stator/rotor after rewinding re-assembling all parts including re-installing connections to original position and testing on full load all as specified and directed.

Taking out / lifting & loweing the submersible pump set upto 5 / 7.5 HP from deep bore well with connected cable and column pipes and disconnecting the cable for removing the submersible pump set for carrying out minor repairs and re-assembling column socket pipe end and testing and commissioning of pump set after necessary repairs including rectification of any leakage to entire satisafaction all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of AC three phase induction motor upto 7.5 HP(Submersible motor) by cutting of burnt winding, cleaning of stator slots, cleaning bleaching of motor and rewinding Rewinding of electrical motors by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding wire cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes winding polyster based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles, turning and polishing to the shaft and / or rotor and including servicing of pumps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect PVC insulated PVC sheathed submersible multi stranded copper conductor flat cable 3 core 10 sq mm 1100 volts grade ISI marked including disconnecting dismantling taking out old unserviceable cable from LT panel to pump set all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of water level indicator for over head tanks including all ball, rope, pulley and level indicator as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out of air compression testing of existing borewell of 150mm dia with PVC casing pipe with depth 300feet after disconnecting electrical & mechanical connections and taking out the submersible motor pump set of 2HP/5HP, 3phase, 415V, AC alongwith 50mm dia GI tubings and their fittings, keeping submersible motor pump set alongwith GI tubings, GI fittings, electrical cable aside in safe custody to re-use for lowering the submersible motor pump set after necessary borewell compression and yield testing complete in all respect. Compression of borewell should be carried out continuously not less than 10hours. All T&P, diesel for DG set/vehicle for carrying air compressor & DG set, air pipe for compressed air, drain pipe or other requisite T&P etc required for compression and yield testing of borewell should be arraged by contractor at his own arrangments. Making electrical connections and mechanical connections for lowering of submersible motor pump set alongwith 50mm dia GI tubings and carry out necessary testing of submersible motor set after lowering complete all as specified and directed and also submit yield testing report for records. Note: (a) Cost of all requisite T&P and material required for taking out submersible motor pumpset, compression & yield testing of borewell and lowering of submersible motor pumpset deemed to be included in the quoated rates and no any extra amount will be paid. (b) Cost of minor spares i.e. cotton waste, GI fittings (socket, union, elbow etc), yarn & sealent for jointing 50mm dia GI tubing, rubber packing required for connecting and lowering of submersible motor pump set deemed to be included in the quoated rates.
