REPAIR/MAINT/REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING AND CERTAIN FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AT BLDG NO P-01 TO P-04, P-102, P-103, P-168, P-603, MH, OFFICES AND OTM ACCNS AT PMS UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials from site after accounting in credit schedule and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old unsv aluminium/copper submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core conforming to IS-694 1990 with ISI marked (for phase, neutral and earth) in and including PVC conduit medium grade with ISI mark of minimum 20/25 mm dia and all conduit accessories concealed including cutting/chases in wall/ceiling/fixed to roof/truss/column etc and including factory made branded make embossed galvanised steel pressed terminal boxes alongwith suitable size modular cover plates with frames for fixing modular switches and sockets , fan regulators etc of suitable sizes modules and the earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified Note: Cost of modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable white cover plate for mounting switches/ sockets, regulators, bell push etc and cost of cutting chases & making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per Ser item No. 3.00 here-in-before, but for one light point controlled by 02 two-way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SI item No. 3.00 here-in-before, but for one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps, single pole on the same board with other switches including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire to common wire earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No. 3.00 here-in-before, but for one 5 Amp, 3 pin socket outlet on independent board all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring complete with all specified with 1100 Volts grade 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core conforming to IS-694 1990 with ISI marked (for phase, neutral and earth) in and including PVC conduit medium grade with ISI mark of minimum 20 mm dia and all conduit accessories concealed including cutting/chases in wall/ceiling/fixed to roof/truss/column etc and including factory made branded make embossed galvanised steel pressed terminal boxes alongwith suitable size modular cover plates with frames for fixing modular switches and sockets , fan regulators etc of suitable sizes modules and the earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one 3 pin modular switch socket outlet 16 Amps on independent board.

All as per ser item No. 9 here in above but point wiring with 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH cable and 4.0 sqmm cable earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet,15 Amps on independent board.
