Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)all specified and directed competed by SIC/EIC.M&L, Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as per directed by EIC.

M&L, Removing demolished materials etc. to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination as per directed by EIC.

M & L, Plain Cement concrete, type- C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, all specified and directed competed by SIC/EIC.M&L, 40 mm thick plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for smoothening of irregular surfaces as per directed by EIC.

M&L, Mild steel bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as per directed by EIC.

M & L, for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, all specified and directed competed by SIC/EIC.M&L, 130 mm thick reinforced Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in floor, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as per directed by EIC.

M&L, 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of 1:4 cement mortar for laying floor finishes as per directed by EIC.

M&L, Virified Ceramic tiles (dark shaded/ Double charged/ultracharged, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as per directed by EIC.
