M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any thickness any description on brick or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass,weed,saplings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.
