Dismantling timber scantlings (framed work) 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of second class hard wood in scantling, wrought as in frame work, fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work in tubular trusses and purlins including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of compound girder and stanchions, lattice girdes, aerial mast, stagging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel section or angles with plates including all lattice bars, stiffner, gusset plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, railings, framed brackets, walk ways, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1.25 mm thick preforated of holes in dia 50mm, mild steel, plaint black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of false ceiling with exposed metal (PPGI) framework/ “Tee” Grid providing and fixing of suspended Tee grid false ceiling using “T” Grid System – powder coated GI (PPGI) exposed grid false ceiling suspension system in grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 32 x 24mm x 0.3mm thick, cross tee 26mm x 24mm x 0.3mm thick and wall angle 24mm x 24mm x 0.40mm thick using 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement board of size 595 x 595mm, an asbestos Free fibre cement board manufacture using high Pressure System Curing technology. T grid Framing is suspended using 4mm GI/MS bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip, also providing provisions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffusers and ducts, sprinklers, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at not more that 300mm from the adjacent wall. 1220mm/600mm Cross Tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 600mm c/c, so as to from 600mm x 600mm or 1200mm x 600mm grid, confirming IS 14862 & type B category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part – 3 & B. S- 476 part 4,5,6,7 & 8 should be placed in Grid module to form complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) after preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of (exceeding 500 & not exceeding 1000 litres in capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) and cleaning, removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of pipe including hoisting (if required) reconnecting and refixing in position with required fittings complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Date of cleaning must be written at side of water tank with white paints after cleaning of tank)

S&F of 1000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) multi layer, (three layer) ISI Marked hoisted and fixed in position with cover of tank with its locking arrangement, making hole for inlet, outlet and overflow connection with and including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT (minimum weight 210 gms) including dismantling / taking down old unserviceable PVC water tank, ball valve etc complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed.

S&F in repairs of 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20mm dia gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions pipes, fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15mm dia tubes (medium grade) galvanised iron, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, wall etc (surface or concealed type) after and including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20mm dia tubes (medium grade) galvanised iron, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, wall etc (surface or concealed type) after and including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminum frame (powder coated) for doors , windows, ventilators with one or more rebates (sliding & fixed type) including jointing cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminium door shutters (powder coated), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. including locking arrangement, roller after and including taking down of existing old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 3.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (used 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in brick or concrete wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel hold fast made out of flat iron (25mm x 3mm or equivalent size) including tarring or coal tar black paint and with drilling necessary holes etc conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing as mentioned in SSR Part-II (2020), Section 8, Page No. 178 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing as mentioned in SSR Part-II (2020), Section 8, Page No.174 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer after preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 100 mm long cold rolled mild steel butt hinges, medium weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 150 mm long aluminium anodised extruded alloy handle fabricated type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 200 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto-all as per Item No.43.00 here-in-before but in skirting/dado over and including a backing coat of 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles (vertical) 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm X 300mm X 7mm thick or equivalent set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with shed of tiles as in skirting/dado/vertical wall over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) used as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/paving finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with cement mortar (1:4) mixing with mixed with WPC @200ml per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions , finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer on newly pastered wall surfaces as directed as per site condition after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs of 15mm dia pillar tap, fancy tpype, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with letter 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks & fly nuts, screwed for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 32mm dia, PVC waste pipe (flexible) for sink/WHB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 50 mm bore low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 fixed complete to wall or in floors etc. as in outlet pipe for WHB, urinal etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 18/19 mm thick veneered finish prelaminated particle board fix in cupboard shelves & shutter interior grade, prelaminated in one side with decorative choice lamination solid core medium density general purposes, and other side white lamination fixed with screw including teakwood lipping all round complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of continuous piano type hinges mild steel bright finish or electro galvanised, size of flap (when open) 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 40mm dia cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of brass bright finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring (pre-mirror polished) over and including 25mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) after and including dismantling existing floor earth and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, in brick wall, pinning in and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3), to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc and making good the disturbed surface, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in step, cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets, light fittings and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces by applying white/ colour wash/distemper over applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FR-LSH type, ISI marked, conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm dia medium grade (MMS) and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. flush mounting MS box with top, bottom, side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick and 50mm depth suitable for fixing of modular top cover , blanking plate as per numbers of switch modules, modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc as approved coloures modular accessories of suitable modules and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FR-LSH type unsheathed single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces by applying white/colour wash/distemper as applicable after applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note:- (i) All necessary accessories such as modular box, top cover plate, blank plate, MS box, screws, washers etc are to be used of same make/brand only in relevant items. (ii) Cutting & chasing of wall for point wiring at any height shall be done and cost of the same deemed to be including with quoted rate.)
