P/L in position cement conc. of grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 stone agg 20 mm N/s) excl. cost of centering & shuttering in all work upto plinth level.

P/L of D.P.C. 40mm thick with Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm N/S )

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for B/w above Plinth Level upto Floor V Level

Centering and Shuttering I/c Strutting, Propping etc & removal of formwork for roof.
