Providing & Installation of 40NB G.I. pipes are bent and grounded. Two frames are kept parallel to each other. These two frames together form Push Up Bar. All pipes are uniformly powder coated up to minimum 60 micron thickness to avoid corrosion.
Providing & Installation of the main frame of Triple Twister consists of 80 NB G.I. pipe with handle attached on it. Handle pipe is made up of 25 NB and 15 NB G.I. pipes which forms a shape of wheel. Rotating disc made from FRP / HDPE / LLDPE plastic are supported over 80NB G.I. pipes stands with the help of specially designed heavy duty bearings. Bearings used are oil sealed, self-lubricated made by reputed company. The discs are bolted to main frame with the help of 40NB G.I. pipe. Providing & Installation of MAPS 38 - 5to 12 age includes Square Deck with Window Canopy : The platform is made up of Fiber Reinforced Plastic with anti-skid surface with thickness of 4-5 mm. The top of platform is anti-skid surface that children do not slip on it when it is wet. At the top of the deck there is a window canopy is made in LLDPE in molding process of 2-3 mm thick. Roto flag is attached on top. The vertical supports of the deck are made up of 80 NB GI pipes. The frame is of 80NB pipes with railing made from LLDPE & is supported by 20NB GI pipes FRP Curve B rid ge 8’ L on g : The FRP Bridge is made from Fiber Reinforced Plastic of 4 – 5 mm thickness. It has railing made from Rotational molding process with support of 20 NB GI pipes. Fire Men Pole: This pole of the fire men is made up out of 40 NB GI pipe and is made for the purpose using it as a climber. Mini Tube Slide 5’ ht : It is made from FRP. The slide is supported with a ‘T’ support of 80 NB pipe. The MS flange with GI plating is used for fixing ‘T’ support. Roller Slide: In the roller slide the slide is in FRP &the rollers are made up of HDPE with UV stabilized pigment of 2.5 mm thickness provided with Nylon bush and are mounted on 12 mm dia rod and are fixed inside the slide chute. FRP L ad d er 5’ ht : The ladder is made up of FRP with a thk of 3-4mm. The top surface of the ladder should be such that it should not deserve any kind of skiddy movement. Rock Climber 7’ht : It is made from FRP. The rocks are mounted on platform and it has gradient from the ground. The climber is supported by 25NB pipe from the bottom. Wave Slide 2 lane: The Wave Slide chute is made up of 4-5 mm thick of Fiber Reinforced Plastic. The wave shape is given in such a manner that it will not give any jerk or bump to the rider. The chute has its end such as it causes safe landing of the child. The landing portion is horizontal with respect to the ground. The supports provided are made up of 25 NB GI pipe. FRP Spiral Slide With railing: Spiral slide chute is made of fiber reinforced plastic having shell thickness of 4-5 mm. The slide is supported on 80 NB GI pipe. The landing module is supported by 20 NB pipe. The railing is made up of LLDPE in Rotational molding process. It is support by 20 NB GI pipe. Net Climber: The net climber is made up of 18 mm dia Nylon rope attached by specially designed Nylon rope clamps. The ropes are provided to the pipe frame and are fabricated from 25 NB GI pipes with 12 mm dia ‘U’ hooks.
Multi Seater see-saw -Providing & Installation of The Multi Seater See saw comprises four Rotational seats. The lever consists of 20 NB and 80 NB powder coated GI pipes. The bearing used in this product is heavy duty nylon bush type. The stand for see saw is made using 50 NB GI pipe.
Four seater arc swing -Providing & Installation of The arched shaped side frame is made of 80 NB GI pipes and top pipe is made up of 50 NB GI pipes. The frame is powder coated to give an esthetic look. The four swings are made up of 10 mm thick anti-skid hequered reinforced rubber top. The rubber belt seat is suspended on 6 mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp.
Statellite Scrameler -Providing & Installation of the satellite scrambler comprises of top globular frame, ladder frame and support column and steps. The pipes used for the satellite scrambler is made up of 25 NB and 40 NB GI pipes. The top globe is fabricated from 25 NB GI pipes supported on a 40 NB vertical GI pipes. The structure is powder coated to avoid rusting and for esthetic look. The steps of the ladders are made from 15 NB GI pipes. The chain ladder is having 7 mm thickness for climbing the scrambler.
Crystal maze -Providing & Installation of CRC pipes having outer diameter of 19 mm. These pipes are assembled together using 4 mm thick MS plates of 150 mm dia. duly electroplated with powder coating and bent to suit the shape of the product. The whole structure is supported on 40 NB GI pipes.
Flying butterfly -Providing & Installation of the leg support of this product is made up of 40 NB, while the top bar is made from 50 NB powder coated GI pipes. The frame is made from 25 NB and 20 NB GI pipes. The frame is attached to the top pipe by heavy-duty bearing with special casting, for load sustaining
Half round net scrambler -Providing & Installation of the half round net is made of horizontal 40 NB GI pipes, which is in a semi-circle shape. This pipes are bolted to vertical 80 NB GI pipes for end supports, and for center support, vertical 40 NB GI pipes are bolted. The climber providing good exercise is made up of 18 mm dia. Nylon rope. Nylon ropes are integrated in specially designed nylon clamps which hold it tightly and avoids breaking. The nylon rope is attached to the frame with the help of ‘U’ hooks.
MGR- Providing & Installation of the platform of this platform MGR consists of non-skid type G.I chequered plate of 16 SWG. The ring on which the chequered plate is based is made out of 25 NB GI pipes. The platform farm below the chequered plate is of 40 x 40 x 5 and 25 x 25 x 5 GI angle. It is provided with handrails of 20 NB GI pipes. The whole structure is mounted on heavy-duty bearing shaft permanently lubricated with water sealant.
