NOTE :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. In case the overall quoted rates are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Notes for item no 2 to 4.04- (a) Contribution towards 'EPF’ and ‘ESIC’ shall be payable only after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment. Similarly amount of bonus as quoted or as notified by the Govt whichever is higher will be payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of payment of requisite amount of bonus to the workmen bank account. (b) Irrespective of quoted rate against wage here-in-above , the tenderer/bidder shall be liable to pay unit quoted wage or minimum wages (as mention in Sch ‘A’note) whichever is higher to employee directly into their bank account. (c) In any circumtances cash payment to the employee shall not be allowed/considered. (c) DUTY TIME :- A normal working time of 08 hour shift as mentioned in PS. However, GE/Engg-in-Charge at his discretion may change the shift timings as per requirements and 1 shift or 2 shift installation may be late-night hours. The shift of 08 hours shall be continuous. The quoted rate shall be deemed to take into account such situations. (d) Operator will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Department will not be responsible for any type of incident.

(e) All the safety equipments and tools related to workmanship shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Contractor shall be provide T & P such as (Pipe wrench, pliers, line tester, test lamp, clamp meter) two set of uniforms to every operator, one No first aid box, cotton waste, wipping cloths to each installation under contract schedule, required log sheets of pumping sets and DG sets of all installations and sweeping instruments and the cost thereof deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (f) Refrigerator/AC Mechanics shall be considered as Skilled Labour and AC plant operator shall be considered as Semi-Skilled Labour. Bidders shall be quoted rate accordingly. (g) The term & condition as specified in Sch 'A' Note & PS of tender document. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (h) Unit rate shall be quoted one Fitter General Mechanic / Fitter General Mechanic Mate/Electrician/ Refrigerator/AC Mechanic per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month. (i)The operator should have own conveyance and communication system like mobile etc.
