For repairing of PICU (Sabotaged units)(item no- 01-06) Supply and Installation of copper pipe of 1/2” diameter for liquid line with insulation and necessary wiring to connect the indoor and outdoor units as per direction of the Engineer in Charge..

Supply and Installation of copper pipe of 5/8” diameter for liquid line with insulation and necessary wiring to connect the indoor and outdoor units as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Labour charges for nitrogen (Own supply) flushing for performance & pressure testing etc & repair with brazing of both condensing & evaporator units as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Supplying & filling of Compressor oil of approved grade as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Gas charging of 5.5 TR capacity Compressor for 11.00 TR Ductable package AC circuit with refrigerant R22 after leak checking of condensing & evaporator unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

General Servicing of 11 TR capacity Ductable package AC machines (Indoor-06 nos & Outdoor unit- 12 nos)(both indoor/evaporator coil & outdoor/condenser coil) as per direction of the Engineer in Charge. .

AMC for whole AC System annually(Item no 07-17) Providing suitable fresh refrigerant gas(R-22) (Top-up) for 11.00 TR capacity Ductable Package AC machines as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing, fitting & fixing of hermetically sealed compressor for 5.5 TR capacity AC machine as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of Dier ½ (made with net & silica gel) as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.”

Providing, fitting fixing of Relay & Phase reversal kit compatible with the existing package Units as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of 4.5 Tr Capacity Compressor for Slim line Vertical Air Conditioning Units(Blue Star) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of Condenser Fan blade(Aluminium Made) for 5.5 TR Vertical Split AC units as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of Condenser Fan motor suitable for 5.5 Tr Capacity Air Conditioning units with non-refundable super enameled copper wire including supplying of insulating paper sleeve, fitting fixing of bush/bearing & varnishing also as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
