Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring for one light , fan, socket power point or buzzer controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket, light fitting etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old burnt/unserviceable main switches and DB's including MCB SP/SPN/TPN of any make and any size, wooden board, junction box and making good distrubed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core cable including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of size 20mm dia concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and with top cover 3mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside with one coat red oxide primer and outside with black bituminouse paint complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated sheathed solid copper conductor cable for continoues earth wire and earth and connected to earth dolly for fan/light/exhaust fan/bell/Switch piano/ceiling rose point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Cost of PVC conduit, steel terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Cutting chases on walls / ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:3) etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Ditto as per item No-4.00 above but for 5 Amps Socket point on independent board with 1.5 sq mm copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of old highbay light with new high bay luminaire of 100W Blaze LED duranto high bay with thermal management, including fixing arrangement with complete accessories for fixing it inside workshop shed complete all as specified and directed. Taking down ceiling/ exhaust fan any type/ size from wall and dismantling sealing cable and dismantling blades and bring in to store for repair and fixing exhaust fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED wall security lights 25W, IP 66, impact resistance IK07 with necessary brackets (made out of 25mm bore GI pipe light grade appx 0.6 meter long bend to shape) nuts, bolts, etc fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed Make-Bajaj Cat No-BCLST 25W LED WH or equivalent of Philips/Bajaj/surya Roshni/Wipro/Crompton Greaves.

Excavation in trenches, in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth loose soil and getting out for removing/laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches for the protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles / walls, XLPE Insulated screened,PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core for laying in trenches and poles /walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles / walls, XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core for laying in trenches and poles /walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified including excavation and connected earth work, in soft/loose soil, removing soil upto 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT Bars @ 10cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 12mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed.
