Taking down complete existing roof /parapet treatment any thickness including plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cutting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitable growth & removing the all loose particle from roof & all debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/ required/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/non approachable RCC roof slab /chajjah/canopy /parapet wall( horizontal /vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :-(a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete / brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg per Bag of cement , finished, even and smooth without using extra cement over roof / sunken slab /wall complete (c) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface & a coat of hot blown grade bituminen softeng point 115 degree C @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer . (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (e) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (f) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /Sqm over APP Membrane.

M & L cutting 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep in brick wall / PCC block / RCC surface any location shaping horizontal face grooves filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with and including water proofing chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement or as per manufacturers instructions laid when concrete is still green complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints fixed on walls including PVC clamps fixed to wall properly including fixing of pipe with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair of RCC Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings of any in height, newels, balustrade, and the like with after removing cracked plaster and concrete surface including cleaning of visible reinforcement and treating with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-O( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate )including necesssary scaffolding work for double/single storey/any height of building including taking down spoil out/loose portion of fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, railings, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shade of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-35 grade laid over & including cleaned dry sand cushion bed 50mm thick over & including 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub-base, surface finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc.complete with & including brushing neat cement slurry (@ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm) for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18mm -20 mm thick of size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm, over laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirtings,riser of steps ,dado & pillar 10 to 12 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with cloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rounding of edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves , cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over grade Fe -500 , as in reinforcement ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour on Grinding, mirror polishing with bee wax polish and rounding off edges of marble/granite/kota stone/stone work wherever required to give high glass, finish complete all as specified and as directed.
