Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring, servicing and maintaining Jumbo Air cooler Heavy duty with suitable wires & controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed.

The DG set should be maintained for all the 24 hours for running the set with operator wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed (Excluding the cost of Diesel Oil) - For Two days

Transportation charges for DG set of 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA to the site including loading and unloading charges. The distance for transportation is to be accounted from the place of hiring to the work spot.

Supply,Transportation of Diesel Oil for DG set

Transportation and supply of potable water through Private water tankers of 5,000 Litres capacity per tanker to fill up water to Jumbo Air coolers at Kalyanavedika at Vontimitta as directed during execution and to supply water where ever necessary at the same premises etc., complete. (1000 Litres capacity tankers also allowed but the rate will be paid accordingly). The cost is inclusive of water charges, waiting charges, conveyance charges and all taxes etc., complete. Note: The contractor should be in position to supply required quantity of water as and when required by the department. (GST Not applicable for water tankers).

Note: The Jumbo Air coolers shall be filled with water from 3.00 PM onwards upto 6.00 PM on the Kalyanotsavam day.

(2).The Jumbo Air coolers provided at other areas shall be filled with water daily without fail.

(3) If there is any failure to fill up the water, penalty will be imposed at Rs.500/- per each air cooler per hour.
