RCC DRAIN

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC block walling/brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinfored cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

M&L Cement concrete 1:4 :8 type D2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling, fdn, mass concrete and sub base of floors etc.

M &L for RCC M-25 design mix as in footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like of any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses and making necessary weep holes including PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like including attached pilasters and buttresses and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape etc, including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone to 200mm dia pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 200 mm Reinforced concrete NP3 drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing etc confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation materials not exc 50 Metre and deposition where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point (soil).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as specified and directed

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab and set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form work and mould complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement wash with Portland cement slurry to a smooth bodied opaque finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting hard/dense soil.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in solid building blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Prepolished Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm/ 30cmx30 cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including form work complete all as specified and directed.
