Repair and Maintenance of Tahasil Office at Astaranga for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring including stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength,80 MM thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey colour & pattern over compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embeding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm of approved quality in superstructure including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (6.01) Ground Floor

Fixing Marble in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the marble including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1 : 6 ) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood work including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface including one coat of priming to receive painting including cost & convency of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc. Completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work one coat including cost of paint including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ,fitting,fixing of Al.door with OEL anodized Al.door section of 9202 as vertical member,9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick prelaminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No-4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No-1855 complete including cost of all materials,labour,T& P required for the work finished in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,fitting, fixing fully Glazed aluminium frame openable windows using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminium section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section 4124 as a shutter section frame with tappered clip of section 4125 aluminium angle rubber beading friction stay and handle etc with iron black glass etc complete including cost of all materials,labour,T& P required for the work finished in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing of ramp, in the walls of toilet for sick personnel using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
