Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.

Material and labour roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust incl. brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for non skid-ceramic tiles coloured of size area of each tile exc.0.06 sqm but not exc . 0.11 sqm (300 x 300 mm) X 6mm thick in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colours cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 350 x 450 x 7mm thick in walls etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colours cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendring in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for providing and fixing coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350 × 450 × 7 mm thick in skirting, vertical surfaces, dadoes, risers of steps and similar locations, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles, over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) rendering, including cutting, fitting, finishing, curing and cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square / rectangular )area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with over and including15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square / rectangular )area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm on vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite(Zed Black colour as approved by GE) stone slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding,round bull nosing edging and polishing as in steps/kitchen platform/dado/skirting /plateform counter top WHB in cluding cutting holes for oval shape /urinal partitions etc. including 15 mm thick cement screed bed 1:6 CM in horizontal or vertical surfaces including grinding the edges half round and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
