PART-I:- Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, fan & socket point/ power point etc. complete including light fiitings any type, switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose, switch board, bell/buzzer, bell push, tube light fitting, regulator etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor etc. to match with existing surfaces including white wash/ colour wash/ distempering to match with existing wall/ floor/ ceiling finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure DB, MCB, main switch etc and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS (Multi strand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable in and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked of suitable size with all fittings/ accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 1.50 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor FLRS as phase, neutral and earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including concealed MS pressed steel (modular sunken box) of suitable sizes terminal boxes made from 1.60mm thick sheet for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc. and modular cover plate as top cover (ISI marked) for one light point or one fan/exhaust fan point or one bell point, independent, controlled by one way switch/ push button complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Wiring colour code i.e Red/Yellow/Blue for phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained. (ii) Rate of cutting chases, cement plaster, white wash and making surface good as existing surface included in quoted rate. (iii) Point wiring is considered for modular switches and sockets. Rate of metallic sunken box and other connected accessories required for modular point wiring included in quoted rates. (iv) Rate of modular switch and sockets will be paid seperately under relevant item.

Transporting ceiling fan back from work shop to site including hanging/ fixing and connecting up and testing etc complete all as required at site and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for complete repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep at work shop, incl dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts i.e. blades, fan rod, canopy, connection, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, re fixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for rod, bracket, bush rod, blade and greasing/oiling etc assembling, cleaning and testing of ceiling fan as directed. Note:- (i) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Writing of MES Nos and painting of ceiling fan shall be measured & paid separately uner relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iv) A register will be maintained by the contractor for record of repair duly signed by JE and Engr-in-Charge & contractor. (v) Cost of minor part i.e. Cotterr pin, PVC connector, screws shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down wall mounted fan of any sweep, any size/make from existing position of any height by disconnecting elect connections and transporting to workshop. Inspection of ceiling fan in presence of JE/ Engr-In-Charge (or rep of department) after dismentling spares parts. Transporting exhaust fan back from work shop to store yard including hanging/ fixing and connecting up and testing etc, complete all as required at site and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for complete Repair and maintenance of unserviceable wall mounted fan of any sweep at work shop, incl dismantling complete the parts i.e. blades, fan cover, connection, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, connecting wire, PVC connector and greasing/oiling etc assembling, cleaning and testing of exhaust fan as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Painting of wall mounted fan shall be measured & paid separately uner relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iv) A register will be maintained by the contractor for record of repair duly signed by JE and Engr-in-Charge & contractor. (v) Cost of minor part i.e. Cotterr pin, PVC connector, screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

M&L for rewinding stator of wall mounted fan 300mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of existing specification, gauge and weight including insulating material, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing of wall mounted fan suitable for 300mm sweep as per existing ball bearing including necessary greasing, complete all as specified and directed. Make : NBC/ SKF/ Norma/ FAG

M&L for GI tubing heavy grade 40mm dia pipe by making holes in wall, fixing of pipe and making disturbed surfaces good as existing for hanging of ceiling fan including all type of necessary attachements like angle iron, flat iron, nuts and bolts etc. required for hanging of ceiling fan all as required at site and as directed by Enge-In-Charge. Note:- (i) The length of the GI pipe shall be as per exisiting (room) length exc 3m but n.exc 4m. (ii) Taking down ceiling fan cleaning and refixing same and making electric connection with fan after fixing of pipe include in quoted rates.

M&L for fixing of ceiling fan with the help of anchor hook in ceiling including fan hanging junction box and making electric connection with fan, complete all as specified and as directed by Enge-In-Charge. Note:- Only fixing of old ceiling fan considered in item.

M&L for fixing of exhaust fan by making hole in stone/brick wall, fixing the exhaust fan with suitable arrangement, finishing the disturbed wall surface and connecting electrically, complete all as required at site and as directed by Enge-In-Charge.
