Procurement of 2 items of 16 sets each of Grinding Rollers for HP-1103 Bowl Mills of YTPS on Annual Rate Contract basis, for a period of two years

The Bidder shall have supplied the said components to any one reputed thermal power station of 500 MW & above capacity/BHEL using Indian coal in the last five years. The bidder shall have supplied at least 8 sets in single / multiple purchase orders in a year or through rate contract for any two year in preceding five years for Rollers and Bull ring segment of HP 1103 mills and shall furnish purchase order copies

The bidder shall be OEM/OES/Regular manufacturer of Centrifugally cast inserted sinter cast grinding rolls, Compatible Bull ring segments for HP 1103 Bowl Mills and shall furnish copies of certificates as documentary proof

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs.14.58 crore in at least two financial years in the preceding five financial years i.e., 2025-26, 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23, and 2021-22 As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate duly certified by a charted accountant

The bidder shall furnish performance certificate issued by an officer equivalent to Chief Engineer rank or above / Head of TPP for satisfactory service life of minimum 9000 running hours for Grinding rolls and Bull ring segments for 8 sets in any five year during the preceding five years.
