Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer in Charge

S&F providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour fixed window/ventilator with double shutter, one opening outside where glass is fixed/with louvers and another opening where SS wire mesh fixed incl frame made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+-0.2mm) window profile with hollow section with multi chamber frame (60mmx58mm) T profile (one vertical length in between shutters) (60X74mm) glazing bead (35mmX20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes for fixing hard ware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hard ware EPDM gasket 1.2+-0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (28mmX21.5mm), T profile (27mmX17mm) to be inserted in required profile frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mmX100mm long fasteners incl 5mm thick glazing with selected quality pin head/figured glass complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass,wire mesh SS and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.
