Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Central Air Conditioning plant of water cooled scroll chillers with multiple scroll compressors, water cooled condenser shell and tube , chiller working on Ozone friendly R-410a/R-407c, capacity not less than 3x10TR (2x10TR working and 1x10TR standby) complete to achieve the inside temperature 20 +/- 2⁰C and RH 50 +/- 5% with and including the provision of following equipments and accessories, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Blue Star / Carrier / Voltas / Usha-Daikin / Hitachi. (i) Water cooled chiller package comprising of multi-compressors with automatic slide wall-03 Nos (02 Working and 01 Standby) each driven with inbuilt electric motor operating on 400Volts +/- 10%, 50Hz,3 Phase AC supply with in-built BMS compatible microprocessor control panel with fault diagnostics including all safety control complete with suitable capacity contactors duly pre-wired and interconnected. water cooled shell and tube condensers, Oil and refrigerant charged chiller of suitable capacity as directed by OEM including interconnection of refrigeration line and control and accessories with independent circuits, mounted and assembled on common base frame MS sections of suitable capacity as per OEM recommendations with anti vibration pads, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The ratings are based on 44⁰F, Chilled water inlet and outlet temperature of 7⁰C and 12+D148 with fouling factor of 0.0001FPS and condenser water inlet and outlet temperatures of 30⁰C and 35⁰C with fouling factor of 0.00025FPS.

(ii) Civil works such as modification to existing foundation OR provision of new Foundation in PCC 1:3:6., making good the disturbed surfaces etc., (iii) Perforated GI sheet cable tray of width as per the cable size and runs duly fixing on angle iron supports grouted in walls for carrying all cables. (iv) Any Item of work not included in above details, but is inescapable, Technical requirement for the above AC Plant performance and smooth functioning of the plant shall be clearly specified and it should be included in the rate quoted.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Factory made Chilled Water monoblock end suction short coupled pump - 3 Nos (2 working + 1 standby) with TEFC squirrel cage motor, base frame, vibration rubber pad, for the chilled water working on 3phase, 415Volts, 50Hz , 100% capacity with bronze impeller capable of discharging not less than 29 USGPM - Primary pump including foundation as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed. Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Factory made Condenser Water monoblock End suction short coupled pump - 3 nos (1 working + 1 standby) with TEFC squirrel cage motor, base frame, vibration rubber pad, for the chilled water working on 3phase, 415Volts, 50Hz , 100% capacity with bronze impeller capable of discharging not less than 44 USGPM at 16 mtr head - Primary pump including foundation as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of Condenser Water Piping of mild steel (MS) "C" Class cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows,tees,bends, short pieces etc and conforming to the specifications and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete including providing necessary steel supports, complete all as specified and as directed. The pipes shall be of the following sizes :-

Supply & fixing of Chiller Water Piping of mild steel (MS) "C" Class cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows,tees,bends, short pieces etc and conforming to the specifications and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete including providing necessary steel supports, also including pipe insulation with 30mm thick PUF with 26 gauge alluminium gladding sheet complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in position the 'Y'- strainer for condenser water pipe lines of size 65 mm dia with necessary special fittings and supports complete with all accessories all as per the manufacturer design complete all a specified and as directed.

Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of sectionalised construction double skin draw through type Air handling unit suitable for chilled water system made out of extruded aluminum structural frame/aluminium corners and intermediate connecting places and panels of 06mm thick galvanised stell sheet on both sides with 25mm thick PUF of density (38+/-2) kg/cn.m injected panels having pre-painted panel outside and lain inside the panel.The fan section shall be mounted on anti-vibration spring isolators and free from main structure, the fan shall be backward curved centrifugal fan with air discharge upbase, blower housiing shall be FRP flame proof coating,belt driven with induction motor conforming IE-2 specifications of suitable capacity. The coil section shall consist of 04 row deep coil with minimum 12 fins/ inch and heating coil of suitable size. Supply and installation, Testing and balancing of Air distribution system consists of factory fabricated as per IS-655 galvanised iron sheet zinc coating 120 grade as per IS-277 metal ducting with TDF flanges complete with 4.0 mm thick self adhesive neoprene rubber gasket, stiffeners, elbows , splitters , vanes, bolts, nuts and including provision of mild steel angle iron frames for fixing of ducts, supports duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes: Note :- The size and layout of duct shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before execution. Supply and installation testing and commissioning of fire dampers automatic type with fusible link (CPRI Certified) and operated with stainless steel spring made out of 16 SWG GI sheet to be provided in main supply duct interlocked with AHU motor to cut-off circulation of air in case of fire for each AHU complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and installation testing and commissioning of multi-blade type louver volume control damper of GI sheet for collars shall be provided with suitable links, levers and quadrants for manual control of volume of air flow and for proper balancing of air distribution complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning alluminium powder coated fresh air grill with MS powder coated volume control dampers of size as per the site requirement confirming complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches / fixed to walls / poles etc and commissioning LT XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 3.5 Core 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing FRP induced draft cooling tower of 40 TR capacity, bottle type, complete with spray section honey comb fill basim fan, TEFC motor, intake bird screen and other accessories as required with and including provision of suitable birck work staging with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations , filling and mass concrete and excavation to the required size in any soil strata including provision of ladder etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Inlet and outlet pipes with control valves from nearest tapping point for colling tower shall deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Taking down of existing unserviceable AC plant of capacity 20 TR with reserve as 10 TR including all connected accessoreis complete and including removing the false ceiling and refixing the same after erection of new duct / grills / air vents all misc work complete all a specified and as directed.
