Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge
Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as wron out concrete by sand blasting with air compressure including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing anti corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD Reinforcements including two coats of anti corrosive coatings of consumption as per the Manufacturers specification , cleaning etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.
Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement (when the area of baris damaged by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a new plain round bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / weldingwith old bar, including cost of reinforcement, complete in all respect including removing unserviceable materials from site as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. : Payment will be made on the basis of weight (Kg.) of new reinforcement which is to be executed.
Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete entire surface of piers/walls
Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure,comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates,water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarseaggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS:9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa andworkmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. (40 mm average thickness)
Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical pecification.)
Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint, Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 80 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer / supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation.
Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and \iackting of damagedR.C.C.members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpa after 7 day and 50 Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.
Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregate (Pakur Variet stone), fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges and quality control all complete as per Clause 516 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). 25 mm thickness.
Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications. Cement concrete blocks of size 0.30x0.3x0.3 m ocst in cement concrete of Grade M-15.
