CLEANING OF UG SUMP AND OVERHEAD TANKS AND ALLIED WORKS AT VSN CHILODA UNDER GE (AF) CHILODA

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ Steel Underground/semi underground/Over head/Sedmentation/clear water sumps of capacity UG sump reservoir capacity 3.00 Lakh gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Location: PH NO-4 seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inchlor-5/NB-10 Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound Or E in C approved equivalent product. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 or EinC approved equivalent product. NOTE:-(i) CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE PROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (IV) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. Material, labour for desiudging and trasnportaion of sewage sludge from sewage collection chamber of size ( 15mx10mx2.5m= 3 Nos) by mechanical sewage collection vehicle and dispose off outside the cantt area complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contr has to make arrange to obtain necessary NOC from local civil administrative auth/municipal corporation to dispose the sludge at the location marked/shown by local civil administrative auth/Municipal coporation and the expenditure occured on account of disposal of sewage shall be deemed to be iclusive in quoted rate. 2. Contr has to desludge the sewage colelction chamber in running condition. 3.Contr has to arrange all tools and plants to clear the sewage collection chamber such as sewage cutter, suction pump, suction pipe from bottom of sump to collection of veh, electrical accessories and all additional items/T&P required to clean the sewage collection chamber and rate quoted by contr shall be deemed of inclusive of quoted rate. 4. Cum Quantity will be measured after deducting 40% of Liquid Vol from total Vol .
