Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, graded width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification, 2014 Clause 300, 302.3.5 & sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of material for filling in road way, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all useful /surplus materials to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites, through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials tools equipments and execution shall be absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.The rate including octori,royality , Malkana , toll tax, sale tax,Goods services tax or other taxes imposed by the Govt. A recovery of useful stone for 74.03 Cum ( Seventy Four point Zero Three). Cubic metre at the rate of Rs.300/- (Rs. Three hundred ) only shall be done on pro-rate basis in each running bill for this item including carriage of materials in all leads lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement :Two coarse sand :Four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm (Forty milimeter) thick with 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size stone aggregate including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete in all hight / depth with Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per drawing and technical specification in C.C 1:5:10 (one Cement : Five coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per drawing and technical specification in C.C 1:4:8 (one Cement : Four coarse sand : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimeter) nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per drawing and technical specification in C.C 1:3:6 (one Cement : Three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing & Laying Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point five coarse sand: three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm(twenty milimeter) nominal size. All work upto plinth level including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204. 3.8 of MORD specification,1200 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100 mm ( one hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm(Twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with in all lead including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm (Fifty Three milimeter ) to 0.075 mm( zero point Zero Seventy Five Millimeter ) having CBR Value-25 (twenty Five) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess ,royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm (Fifty Three milimeter ) to 0.075 mm( zero point Zero Seventy Five Millimeter ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion. On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 ( Fifty) to 100 (one hundred) mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% ( Five percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% ( Two percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm ( Two point Five Milimeter) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm (one hundred into Twenty milimeter)made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg (Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five Kilogram) tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (thirty Five) (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm (tweleve centimeter) of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973.
