Overhauling

For HT Panel : Thorough testing and calibration of 11KV VCB 3 Panel distribution board at site: A) Disconnection of 11KV HT cables. B) Cleaning of entire panel by carbon cleaner to remove all carbon particles. C) Cleaning of all dismantled components to remove all carbon particles and sulphation to improve insulation resistor (IR). D) 11KV Breaker completely servicing, cleaning by CRC & checking of all parts and make it in proper condition. E) Cable and termination to be cleaned by carbon cleaner. F) After servicing of all switch gear & checking its IR with respect to earth and phase to phase, they are racked in service position & kept at ON condition. At this condition High Voltage testing. G) All over current and earthfall relays tested by secondary injection. H) IR value checking of PT & CT. I) Tripping test of Breaker by primary injection. J)After testing all the HT cables (11KV) reconnected for successfully charging of 11KV supply on put on load condition. For LT PCC Panel : A) Thorough cleaning of entire PCC panel & lighting. B) Testing & servicing of Air Circuit Breaker C) Testing of all MCCB, SFU, CT etc. D) All tightness checking. For LT MCC Panel : A) Thorough cleaning of entire MCC panel & lighting. B) Motor Protection Relay Setting Checking C) Testing of all MCCB, MCB, Contactor, SFU, CT etc. D) Water Level Sensor And Interlocking With Motor Checking E) All tightness checking. For Battery Charger : Thorough Overhauling of battery charger, De-sulpheriztion & maintenance of battery (Report should be submitted as per Annexure I, II , III & IV)

eplacement of old damaged gasket from 1 no. 500KVA transformer including supply of gasket (6 mm thickness) where necessary to stop oil leakage from above transformer with complete labour charges.

Dehydration & filtrtation of 1 no. 11/0.433KV 500KVA transformer oil of the existing trasnformer (1 no. x 550 ltr.) = 550 ltr.

Dielectric strength test as per specification of the IE rules (1 no. 500KVA transformer).

Transportation charges of filtration machine (to & fro).

Supply & refilling of Silica Gel N.B. : Within one year after the overhauling if any breakdown will occur, the agency should attend the site within two hours and complete the work within six hours in emergency basis.
