M&L Damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, 40 mm thick including necessary form work with WPC as per manufacturer instruction by weight of cement.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick as in floors complete all as specified.

M&L Providing PCC 1:3:6 types C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work/pcc block masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement content over 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on surfaces of block masonry even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Waterproofing compound paid seperatly.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concerete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compond

Material and labour for three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall incl necessary preperation.

As per Item No-26 above but on ceilings

M & L for applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point
