M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick external rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces using WPC required as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, making good by existing colouring complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for 15mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, making good by existing colouring complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement, making good by existing colouring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of boarding , any description fixed in any position like wall ,wooden flooring and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S & fixing in repairs to existing floors in patches, incl cutting out, piecing, heading joints etc, hardwood second class 30mm thick wooden boarding in floors planed one side, with butt joints and fixed with screws incl necessary support whereever necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Second class hardwood 25 mm boarding plain one side with butt joint fixed with screws in any situation. Complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only second class hardwood boarding of any thickness fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed . (Note :- Old surviceable boarding obtaind from item No - 16 above shall be reused)

S & F Second class hardwood 40 mm thick boarding plain one side with butt joint fixed with screws in any situation. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards(fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness incl cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square or rectangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc 3 & n.exc 6 sq cm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for powder coated GI Everest ceiling grid system of grid size 600 X 600 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 2 mm dia GI wire comprising of the Main Tee 28x24x0.3mm thick, Cross Tee 28x24x0.3mm thick and Wall angle 24x24x0.3mm thick sections complete all as specified and directed:-

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each.& removing from site all as specifed & directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory window & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N / mm 2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A catogory with property of being termite/ borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs / SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

M&L for tucking on old plastered wall surface and applying a thick layer of 2mm thick (Average thickness) Plaster of Paris (POP) complete all as specified and directed.
