Through Cleaning of all toilets attached with officers roomdaily at an interval of 2 Hrs n each shift by engaging housekeeping boys with necassary equipments/T&P such as hard & Soft brooms/hand mops waper, automatic surubbers etc. Including cost of all material labour for cleaning of w/c's like colin /harpic Phaenyie aod tile cleaning power etc including supply & replacement of consumables such as liquid soap tissue paper freshener Odnil utinal cubes as and when required including placing of dustbin and disposal of refues stadge/waste etc. outside corporation area required for proper completion of work whenever required and disposalmof refuge studgewaste etc. outside corporation area requried for proper completion of work as per direction of PVVNL

Through cleaning and dusting rooms daily in the morning before 8:00 AM & evening and cleaning of all floors of officers rooms/ corridors/lobey/stairs, raling up to full height of building and other utility area including driver's rooms at an interval 04 Hrs by engaging housekeeping boys with cleaning of switch boards with thinner, room frshering fortnightly vacuum cleaning of veration blinds/custions of chair/sofa cleaning at jatas as and when required weekly of as per requirement soraying of mosqurita repelients such as HIT Wiping of glass panes minimum twice a month with SQGE wiper and other neceassary equipment's/T&P such as hard & soft brooms/hand mops wiper automatic scrubbers vacuum cleaner etc including cost of all materail Labour required for cleaning of floors like Colin harpic phenyl, tiles cleaning powders etc. including supply and replacement of consumables such as freshener ets. as and when required including placing of dustbin of refuse sludge/waste etc, outside corporation area required for proper completion of work.

Through cleaning of peripheral area/approch road/parking area oustside building daily by engaging housekeeping boys including cutting of bush/jungle and washing etc. And disposal of refuge, studge/waste etc.outside corporation area required for proper completion of work as per dierction of PVVNL.
