Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

b) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth in all heights from any floor level.

c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like, floor etc. upto any thickness.

d) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement: One and half sand :three graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work upto all floor level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular polygonal in plain upto all floor level.

b) Suspended floors , roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams , girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor any level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth upto all floor in Cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six Sand) second Class Bricks as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:3(One cement:three sand) with second class bricks upto floor any level within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing 2nd class deodar wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position complete as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and .

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete In 2nd (second)class deodar wood 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. (eighty five G) with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point fifty six millimetre) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screw 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick etc complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade of approved quality with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete.300x16mm (three hundred x sixteen millimetre) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing 40x3 mm(Forty x three millimetre ) flat iron hold fast 40cm. (Forty centimetre ) long including fixing to frame with 10mm (Ten millimetre ) diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm.(Thirty x ten x fifteen centimetre ) 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm (Six millimeter) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement : three Sand) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including curing and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:six sand)as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including curing and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

20mm (twenty milimetre) cement plaster in two coats10 mm and finishing coat 10 mm thick on fair side of brick/concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor all level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:6 sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, and lifts other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foregin matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian Shalimar) conforming to IS: 3536-1966 brushing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of oil, grease,dirt and and other foregin matter sand papering and stoping enamel paint other than white as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing Wall painting with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved brand (Apexultima) or its equrlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coat) to give an even shade and final finish after cleaning complete thoroughly the surface fto remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point six zero milimetre) thick preprinterd steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coasted sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 ( five) micons primer coating to back coast of polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws, prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm(six milimetre) dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, liftsother incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimeter) overall with 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick preprinted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat or regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyester of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with preprinted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm(Six millimeter) dia and preprinted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing valley 60cm (Sixty centimetre overall 0.60mm (Zero point six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat og regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws, preprinted iron J and L hooks,bplts & nuts & nuts 6mm (Six milimetre)dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm(One point sixty six milimetre) to 2mm (Two milimetre) thick in eves board/ facia/soffit/ceiling including cutting ,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be paid & measured separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals in: In Trusses and trussed purlins in buildings including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals.

In Gratings framed guard bars laddeds railing brackets and similar works including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfces surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matters Enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreignmatter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrubers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming pant brushing red leadred oxide/zinc oxide chrome as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.
