FIRE CONTROL PANEL Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Microprocessor based Intelligent, addressable expandable, opc complied and fully networkable FireAlarm Control Panel (VDS/UL/ERTL, LPCB & FM approved) suitable for the devices as stated below along with 20% spare capacity with each loop loading not exceeding 80% of the full capacity of detectors and devices taken together in addition the panel should have the provision for addressing 200 devices/detectors for future uses of proposed additional two vertical floors, conplying to IS 2189:2008 or its latest amendments, and with minimum 600 character alpha - numeric liquid crystal display. The panel shall be soft addressable type and shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches whenever any alarm is triggered. The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of log events in its Memory as per recommended standards. a) The panel shall have in built rectifier, provision for external & internal printer (if required), Loop cards, LCD unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects, in built Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with scaled cells of 24 V capable of running for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during Emergency condition, with integral battery charger complete in all respect as required. b) The FACP shall be capable of being networked (future expansion) with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS 485 bus. The FACP shall have provision for interfacing with the public address system, remote computer and BMS interface. The system must be preloaded with licenced software. The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- 2. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards IS:2189. 3. NFPA 70 National Electric Code. 4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm & Signaling Code. 5. Local Statutory Regulations. 6. Manufacturer Recommendation d) TESTS: 1.The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per above standards must be done. 3. The Commissioning Manuals, Tools, Dongles, USb Token, Software, or whatever is required for the Commissioning of the FACP, in whatever name it called must be handed over to the EIC, along with the passwords of the panel.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of micoprocessor controlled Addressable opc complied Intelligent multisensor detector (VDS/UL/FM/ULC approved) with inbuilt optical smoke sensors and additional heat detector sensor with decentralise intelligence, soft addressable Photothermal type with inbuilt fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base having IP as per recommended standard. (Note: Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable but in such case one independent fault isolator module for every group of addressable devices has to be provided (Numbers of addressable devices in a group will be as per latest recommended standards) without any additional cost). (Approved Make: Esser/Cerberus Pro/Bosch/JohnsonControls/Notifer/Edward/Secutron/Securiton/Apollo/Morley/Eaton/GST/GFE).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of opc complied Addressable Loop Powered Hooter (sound output of minimum 90db) cum strobe (strength of light 10 cd) complete with inbuilt isolator & IP65 base and (VDS/UL/FM/ULC approved) approved.(ApprovedMake:Esser/CerberusPro/Bosch/JohnsonControls/Notifer/Edward/Secutron/Securiton/Apollo/Morley/Eaton/GST/GFE/Ravel).

SITC of Dark Glow Signage:-The material has a good fire resistance and does not help in propogation of fire being classified as flame retardent. Photo luminiscent rigid plastic 3 mm thickness with golden fiber frame. The Product does not require any perticular attention, clean and dry cloth Size 45cmx20cm.
