Construction of 50 bedded Upgraded to 100 bedded additional accommodation for Civil Hospital at Jawalamukhi District Kangra Himachal Pradesh

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable matreial and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams, cantilevers, girders, lintels, window sills, cornices, arches, corbelling including curved surfaces where ever required sides and soffits of beams, haunchings, cantilever,s bressumers and lintels upto all depths including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty five newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than @ 400 kg/cum (at the rate Four hundered kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix for foundation and footing all works upto plinth level to give a smooth machanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, straightening and fabrication in position Tor steel reinforcement of TISCO/SAIL/JINDAL-PANTHER/ SHAYAM steel for reinforcement thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor levels as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing 6mm (Six millimetre) thick cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) upto all floor levels including curing complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Brick masonry work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point Five) in super structure in Cement mortar 1:5 (One cement : Five coarse sand) including curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing Coloured anodised Powder coated aluminium extrusion section of Jindal/ Hindalcao aluminum or its equavqlent work for door, window ,ventilator and partition with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodised transparent or dyed to require shade accordingly to IS:1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips , necessary filling up of gaps and junctions at top , bottom and sides with required with PVC / neoprene filles etc. aluminium section shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including clests angle, aluminium, snap beeding for glazing/ panelling C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per Architectural Drawings and the direction of the Engineer -in Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
