75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work etc and including demolition of existing old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying of zinc rich epoxy anti corrosive protective coating for rebar corrosion protection system. Friazinc® R or equivalent in two coats of 0.4 kg/sqm. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2mm and bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882- 78.complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturar's instructions by chipping and theroly cleaning complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat Sikadur®-32 LP or equivalent in Consumption of 0.4 kg/sqm. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strength should be 10 Mpa complete all as specified and directed.

Rebuilding the section of structural damaged spalled concrete or RCC elements to its original size as per recommendations of Engineer-in- charge in thickness upto 40mm in two layers of 20mm each of average thickness 30mm by providing and applying pre- batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar Sika®Mono Top®-122F or equivalent having compressive strength strength >= 5N/ mm2 ( 7 days) according to ASTM C293-79.complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed. Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings as required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge.complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of roof slab, chajja including picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing with water to remove dust including taking down of existing roof treatment and providing water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Applying a coat of STAR PROOF MB-602 with help of brushes on the cleaned RCC slab/Chajja after repair of any depression/damaged surface of roof with suitable repair mortar of asian & equivalent. (b) Laying a layer of fiber cloth on wet MB-602 coating and applying another coat of MB-602. (c) After drying of surface finally applying two coat of STAR PROOF SP-600 of any colour as per manufacturers instruction. (d) The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed as per manufacturer instruction through expert team or authorized applicator of M/s Star SSPL.
