Dismantling of electric driven centrifugal horizontal pump motor of 3 HP single phase 230 volt 50 Hz,taking out the burnt windings ,wires,cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity ( as per original/ manufacturer design ) including replacement of all damaged parts like bearing, bush gland packing etc, insulating materials such as insulating sheets, insulating paper ( Type II Class "F"), insulating heat resistant sleeves, sealing compounds, varnish etc and reassembling the motor complete all as specified.

Dismantling of electric driven centrifugal horizontal pump motor of 5 HP centrifugal type 3 pahse 415 volt 50 Hz, taking out the burnt windings ,wires,cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity ( as per original/ manufacturer design ) including replacement of all damaged parts like bearing, bush gland packing etc, insulating materials such as insulating sheets, insulating paper ( Type II Class "F"), insulating heat resistant sleeves, sealing compounds, varnish etc and reassembling the motor all as directed.

Dismantling the submersible motor 3 phase ,50 Hz ,415 volts AC of 1HP to 3HP capacity and taking out the defective Gun metal bush, thrust bearing including taking out by cutting the brunt out winding. Cleaning the winding core thorougly by scrapping/washing and make the core suitable for re-winding. Rewinding the motor with water proof PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing guage, size. Carry out necessary Machine work to motor shaft all as required including necessary spares all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Fountain Nozzle vertical jet type 1.5" including taking out the old one all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 3 core 4 sq mm flat submersible cable from motor to starter including taking out old unserviceable cable all as specified .

S & F 3 core 2.5 Sqmm cable PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor in replacement passing through PVC conduit from junction box to fitting incl PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia from junction box to light fitting/Sign board passing through wall/pole complete all as specified .

S & F 200 watt LED Flood Light with high pressure die cat housing IP 65 protection for area lighting for with necessary fixing arrangment on pole/Wall with suitable size MS clamp , nuts & bolts, for lights complete including taking down old unserviceble fitting of any type complete all as specified.

M& L Ground Surface Area Cleaning / removing / excavation of loose/ unwanted soil inside and outside surrounding the E/M installations and store yards not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft / loose soil , removing shrubs, small trees height up to 1.0 Mtrs , removing the grass from route as well 1 mtr from outside the compound of E/M installation as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate includes removing all waste material and grass not excceding 50 Mtrs distance from installation ,depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point and cleaning of yard , Complete all as specified. (ii) Rate also includes arrangment of vehicle for collecting and dumping the garbage in garbage yard. (iii) Cleaning should repeat in same installation once in every two months, each cleaning shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L Paste Multicolor Chart / single line diagram on partical board dully print of single line diagram of drawing shows distribution of pipe lines / Installation details / equipment details /installation notice boards /shoke treatment charts, standing orders etc in multi colour complete all as specified Note : Rough drawing /Details ( Hard copy) of equipment and plant/ notice boars , standing orders will be given by Department. The contractor has to develop the same with legends/ signs asper the standards on computer in multicolour and same get it approved from engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Flex Glow Sign Board with flex of size 2 X1X 0.3 Mtrs including necessary lighting arrangment insid ethe box (Box type LED light fittings of 1X 20/18 watt ,02 Nos ,top and bottom portion of sign board) and its connection terminals with 1.5 Sq mm ,2 core PVC insulated copper conductor of legth 2.0 Mtrstaken from sign board to connect external power supply fixed to wall/ angle iron frame in E/M installation with necessary fixing arrangement, the complete assembly will be water tight sealed with screws complete all as specified. Note : for item No- 53 and 54 (i) Rough drawing /Details like name of installtion /Sign board etc (Hard copy) of sign /Letters / Symbols will be given by Department. The contractor has to develop the same with legends/ signs asper the standards on computer in multicolour and same get it approved from engineer in charge . (ii) Rate includes the Glow Sign Board of required size with flex , necessary lightning arrangmentincluding connection terninals angle iron frame for fabrication of sign board and supporting clamps will be measured and paid separatly . (iii) The specification of sign board like colour of letters /back ground shall be approved by enginner incharge before fabrication.

M & L MS Framed / Fabrication work such as Valve chamber covers, Static Tank Cover, Base frames for pumpsets , Protection covers for Pumpsets / Panel Boards, Staging for Water tanks, ladders, etc. complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement CPVC Ball Valve of size 50 mm dia suitable for CPVC pipe incl necessary fittings and taking down old one complete all specified and directed.

S & F in replacement CPVC Ball Valve of size 40 mm dia suitable for CPVC pipe incl necessary fittings and taking down old one complete all specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Roatate and Lock Type Cover for over head water tank (HDPE) of capacity 5000 Ltrs including taking down old unserviceble tank cover complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement Roatate and Lock Type Cover for over head water tank (HDPE) of capacity 10000 Ltrs including taking down old unserviceble tank cover complete all as specified.

Cleaning of Drainages (inside as well as outside surrounding the installation) upto bottom of drain / disposing of stagnant water accumulated inside installation by providing pumping set & removing mud, stones & other foreign materials, etc. Spreading the removed soil from drain in low laying area not exc 100 mtrs away from the installation including repairing the internal & external surfaces damaged portion of drain floor / wall complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Water shall not be supplied by the department for cleaning. (ii) Pump set for cleaning purpose shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Rate also includes arrangment of vehicle for collecting and dumping the garbage in garbage yard. (iv) Cleaning should repeat in same locations once in every two months, each cleaning shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F in replacement of Green shade Net for static tanks including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for appliying two coat of primer with red oxide zinc chrome and one final coat of synthetic enamal paint by spray paint (Using machine) including preparation of old painted surfaces at outer surface of GI /CI /DI water supply lines of any dia for Inlet pipe, delivery pipe , suction pipe and over flow pipes connected to Over head tanks/UG sumps and Static water tanks as per standard color codes complete all as specified.

M & L for applying two coat of primer with red oxide Xinc chrome and a one final coat of synthetic enamal paint by spray paint (Using machine) including preparation of old painted surfaces at outer surface of Sluice Valves & Valve Chamber cover with frame made of Iron prevailing inside the E/M installation as well as Sump cover of any size including applying two coats of lime wash inside the wall surface of valve chamber complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Water shall not be supplied by the department for cleaning. (ii) Pump set for cleaning purpose shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Cleaning should repeat in same locations once in every two months, each cleaning shall be measured and paid seperately.
