i. Maintenance work of Left HR of 02nos (size-2000 mm x 1500 mm) to be a. Repair of Gate accessories for proper Gate function. b. Greasing all the movable parts of the gate system. c. Welding wherever necessary. d. Erection and testing of gate with proper alignment. ii. Supply of following bought out materials. Hexagonal bolt M 12 x 50 N IS- 1364 with Washer -20 kg.,Pedestal Hexagonal bolt M 20 x 55 N IS- 1364.-20 kg., Top Rubber seal (32mm x 10mm th-80mm width)-3.5 m., Bottom Rubber seal (10mm th-75mm width)-3.5 m., Side seal ( 32mm x 12mm th-80mm width Single bulb)-6m., Corner seal ( 32mm x 12mm th-80mm width Single bulb)-2.4m., Restraining arrangement bush ID 100mm thickness 10mm & length 200mm Aluminium bronze all inclusive of material, machining.- 10 nos., Restraining arrangement MS bush clamp ID 120mm length 200mm all inclusive of material, machining as per required-10nos., Anchor bar-16 nos., Single Thrust Ball bearing SKF51224 or equiv.-4 nos., Grease and gear oil- 10 kg. iii)Supply and Fabrication structural steel-134 kg for Seal Changing accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing all complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts (excluding bought out items )as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge iv). Painting of Gate leaf area-24 Sqm, hoist area-27 Sqm.including cleaning, degreasing, handling cost of paint, one coats by epoxy primer , two coat of epoxy black,one coat red oxide primer and two coat aluminium paint including cost of labour, consumable, hire charge of machinary etc. all inclusive of labour, materials & consumables as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. v)2nd Stage concreting using M-20 grade concrete including cost of materials, labour, shuttering and centering etc of Concreting- 4m³ and concrete cutting-1m³. This work includes all labour, tools and tackles, machineries, Dismantling, Erection, trial, testing and commissioning etc. completed in all respect as per detailed in estimate.

i). Maintenance work of Right HR of 04nos (size-2000 mm x 1500 mm) to be a. Repair of Gate accessories for proper Gate function. b. Greasing all the movable parts of the gate system. c. Welding wherever necessary. d. Erection and testing of gate with proper alignment. ii). Supply of following bought out materials Hexagonal bolt M 12 x 50 N IS- 1364 with Washer -40 kg., Pedestal Hexagonal bolt M 20 x 55 N IS- 1364.-40 kg., Top Rubber seal (32mm x 10mm th-80mm width)-7 m., Bottom Rubber seal (10mm th-75mm width)-7 m., Side seal ( 32mm x 12mm th-80mm width Single bulb)-12m., Corner seal ( 32mm x 12mm th-80mm width Single bulb)-4.8m., Worm & Wormgear set R4/49/8/11-315 mm of IS : 3734 inclussive of cast steel worm gear, 55C8 worm & shaft, phosphorous bronze nut suitably square threaded, all including cost of material, machining etc.-2set, Dia 100mm Screw Rod suitably square threaded to M78 x 10 all inclusive of cost of material, straightening and machining.-5 m., Restraining arrangement bush ID 100mm thickness 10mm & length 200mm Aluminium bronze all inclusive of material, machining.- 4 nos., Restraining arrangement MS bush clamp ID 120mm length 200mm all inclusive of material, machining as per required-20 nos., Anchor bar- 8 nos., Single Thrust Ball bearing SKF51224 or equiv.-8 nos., Grease and gear oil- 20 kg. iii) Supply and Fabrication of Steel for Seal Changing- 260 kg(approx.) with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing all complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts (excluding bought out items )as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. iv). Painting of Gate leaf area-48 Sqm, hoist area-30 Sqm, walk-way,walk-way railing & Beam area-526.07 Sqm., including cleaning, degreasing, handling cost of paint, one coats by epoxy primer , two coat of epoxy black,one coat red oxide primer and two coat aluminium paint including cost of labour, consumable, hire charge of machinary etc. all inclusive of labour, materials & consumables as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. vi)2nd Stage concreting using M-20 grade concrete including cost of materials, labour, shuttering and centering etc of Concreting- 4m³ and concrete cutting-1m³. This work includes all labour, tools and tackles, machineries, Dismantling, Erection, trial, testing and commissioning etc. completed in all respect as per detailed in estimate.

Transportation of above said half finished materials from workshop, generator welding transformer, derrick &other T&p, from workshop to worksite around 80 km to & fro
