REPAIR AND MAINT OF CHS ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS UNITS AT BHIMBAT,THASGAM AND DRASS UNDER GE KARGIL

Dismantling the existing Burner assembly of heating plant of capacity 2 Lakh Kcal/ hr for repairs and replacement of coupling for blower and motor of burner assembly and refixing the same position including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing Boiler assembly of heating plant of capacity 2 Lakh Kcal/ hr for de- carbonization , Descaling and refractory cement and assemble the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de- carbonization of Boiler assembly of heating plant of capacity 2 Lakh Kcal/ hr by using brush and vaccum cleaner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Descaling of Boiler by circulating the Descaling chemical using circulating pump into the boiler and kept it for approx 4 hours for descaling and flushing off the chemical after descaling of boiler complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refractory cement / heat resistance cement of Boiler assembly of heating plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of ball cock valve heavy duty made out of Brass of size 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Solenoid Valve suitable for burner heating plant of capacity 2 LakhKcal/hr RAPID THERM Boiler complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of photo cell sensor suitable for burner heating plant of capacity 2 LakhKcal/hr RAPID THERM Boiler Make - COFI complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Hydraulic Pressure gauge showing reading 0-20 bar with accuracy +/- 2.5% to be connected with 15 mm dia GI Pipe complete with suitable size of battery complete all accessories and protection cover.

S&F in repair Digital temperature controller (DTC) suitable for burner heating plant of capacity 2 LakhKcal/hr RAPID THERM Boiler complete all as specified and directed.
