Job Work for repair of 400 KVA Transformer near P-1844 DSTV at Hisar Mil Stn

(a) Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the substation and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation or taking down from 2/4 pole structure and transporting to authorized service centre/ work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing , commissioning & testing of the following capacity:- (i) 400 KVA (Each Job-01) (b) Draining out the complete transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. Opening the top cover of the transformer , disconnecting and taking out complete core assy and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils limbs, re-fixing of core, core assy , tap changer assembly ,HT/LT winding connection , terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil including improvement of Insulation Resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge:- (i) 400 KVA (Each job-01) (c) Supply only primary (HV side) double paper cover copper winded coils of existing type size and gauge and in weight complete with including11000 volt grade insulating material for transformer of 400 KVA (KG-70) (d) Description same as per srl item No 3 here in before but LV size 415 voltage graded. (KG-75) (e) Supply & pouring of fresh transformer oil in transformers for topping up the level or replacement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Transformer oil shall confirm to relevant IS -335 and dielectric strength of 45 KV and getting it tested before and after filling complete (Ltrs-100) (f) Material &labour for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer, 11/0.433 KV to obtain dielectric strength more than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap including, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Ltrs-280) (g) Supply only , HV bushing (11000 voltage graded) with heat resistance gasket suitable for following capacity of outdoor/ indoor type transformer:- (i) 400 KVA (Each-03) (h) Supply only LV bushing (415 voltage grae) with heat resistance gasket suitable for following cap of outdoor/indoor type transformer:- (i) 400 KVA (Each-03)
