Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying under ground cables / pipes etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material ( soils) to a distance not exc., 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning to PVC cable and punning to provide required cover to UG cable complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, fixing or passing through pole, fixed to wall / pole including providing lugs as required and connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, fixing or passing through pole, fixed to wall / pole including providing lugs as required and connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

GI tubing, light grade of 100mm bore , as in road crossings / laid in trenches / fixed on walls / poles etc., for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road / hard standing to a width of 45cm and depth not exceeding 60cm for laying of GI tubing including returning and filling, spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for top 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, Alternate layers of charcoal & common salt Crystal, in and including back filling compund in layers and filling up with black cotton soil upto the top edge/ ground level and connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of copper and connecting to earth dolly, equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & testing complete including 40mm dia light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1, earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm with frame, including 20 mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel, wire mesh etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Copper earth continuity conductor and GI light grade protection pipe upto 7.5M length deemed to be included in the rate quoted

LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 1000 Amps for distribution system and type, tested and approved by CPRI . The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel base frame at bottom and shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the following complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Microprocessor based single phase tamper proof electronic static pre paid cum postpaid energy meter rating 240 Volts, 50 HZ, of range 5-60 Amps, confirming to IS 13779 & IS 15884 with LED display and parameters like Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power, Power factor, KWh/KVA, default / in built dual source, inbuilt long range (LORAWAN) Communication suitable for outdoor LoRa data accumulator and also compatible for Prepaid and Postpaid online energy monitoring billing system with disconnection / reconnection through remote software / data export to ERP complete all as specified and as directed. Note :The cost of pole / fixing /mounting arrangement on which the accumulator to be installed and SMPS power supply with UPS backup (300VA) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (a) 30min instantaneouse data from all the meters for seven parameters -cumulative enerrgy , Power, Current , Voltage, Power factor and frequency. (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand. (c ) Billing Module : The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module , calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end user. (iv) Energy Accounting module : The system would include features of energy accounting , the system would to able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of the unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available. (iv) Commumnication Module : The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods. (vii) Meter Master Data : The system would support meter data repository. The system would support meter replacement process. Taking down the existing under ground cable from trenches including cable cover for relaying or removing to store complete all as specified and as directed . Note : 1. Excavation and Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under the respective items. 2. Unserviceable cable shall be handed over to Airforce authorities and the qty shall be entered in the MB as "NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED".

Straight through joints (EPOXY) for underground cable including joint kits with jointing materials complete of cable of size upto 16 Sqmm 3.3 Kvcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Laying, testing and commissioning under ground cable in trenches, etc complete all as directed by Air force authorities. Note :- (i) Under ground cables will be issued / provided by AFS Bidar, free for laying /fixing only. (ii) Existing serviceable cable covers obtained from taking down shall be reused . The unit rate quoted shall be deemd to include this aspect. (iii) Sand cushioning and cable joints will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) The certificate for total quantity issued by the user and the total qty incorporated shall be enclosed in RAR and final bill duly signed by the Engineer- In- Charge and the Contractor.
