Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. (Second class deodar wood) (30 mm thick)

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : (First class kail wood) (30 mm thick)

P/l ceramic glazed floor tiles 300*300mm of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 mix including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.complete in all colour.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember having VOC content less than 50 gms/liter of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to adhere even shade and color (two or more coats) .

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Providing corrugated G.S.sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.( 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2)

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required color to give an an even shade on new work. (2 or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.( 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover)
