Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5M wide and n.exc. 1.50M in depth for foundation etc for taking down water pipe line or for laying GI tubing etc.n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.50M depth and getting out.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thickness all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil n.exc. 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50M above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down rusted steel tubing and connections for following size of tubing for replaceing by new tubing of 40 mm bore all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,laying fixing and testing of following size GI tubing medium grade of 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in trench all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC (0.5X0.4X0.5) pillar in the ratio of 1:2:4 with 20mm aggregate suitable to supporting of 200mm Dia pipe line including necessary excavation,returning filling,making hole to support the suitable size clamp in such a way to absorb the pressure of charged pipe line of 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. NOTE: All petty items required at site are deamed to be included in quoted rates also the demolition of the existing pillar is deamed to be included in above rates.

Taking out damaged DI Pipe line of any type and size with fittings from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc ) , Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction , double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot, collars, caps and plugs in CI pipe Line of 150 mm bore conforming to IS : 1538 (1993) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out Non Return sluice Valve of 200 mm dia and supply and fix in repairs Non Return sluice Valve of 200 mm dia ,bypass arrangement flanzed size single door patteren , ISI marked of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Kirlosker/Leader/Venus.

Taking out U/S broken valve wheel for 150/200mm sluice valve and supply & fix new cast iron wheel supper finished in red colour with bolts and washer dia of wheel 300 mm complete as per site required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:-Zoloto / Kejriwal /

Taking out stuffing box of sluice valve of 150/200 mm dia repairs the stuffing box with drilling , metalling and welding etc as required and refixing the same to smoothly operating the valve including replacement of gland packing rope and washer sheet complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L for construction of brick mesonary valves chamber of size 600 x 600 x 750 mm ( Internal dimensions ) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to internal walls, floors and upto 150 mm depth below ground level to external walls,including provision of 3 mm thick MS Sheet cover fixed to Ms angle iron frame out of 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick angle iron with necessary MS flat iron stiffeners of size 40 mm x 4 mm including two coat of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and provision of locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as specified and directed.
