Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly areas in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work (both in soft and hard rock) with chiselling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is not required ) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to the required line grades, side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 &1603.2 and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and including all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means (if any required) Recovery for useful material of 4280.00 Cum @ 300/-per cubic metre amounting to Rs.1284000/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Dry Stone masonry work in foundation complete as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications clauses 704.6 & 1604 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(One hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1206.06 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm(One hundred millimetre) x 100 mm(One hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10(Ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (Twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Aggregate & Stone Dust conforming to engineering requirements in Base course including in situ mixing of 25% (Twenty five percent ) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre ) down aggregate + 25%(Twenty five percent) 10 mm(Ten millimetre ) down aggregate +50%(Fifty percent) Stone Dust with 4% (Four percent) RBI grade 81 by ATL spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a prepared base including watering and compacting with 10(ten) to 12(Twelve) tonne single drum vibratory roller to achieve the required density at OMC for preparing the Base Layer Including all cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery, etc complete as per specifications and EIC directions including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Cold Mix (RS-I) emulsion binder on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (Zero point seventy - One point zero kilogram/ square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Cold Mix emulsion binder (SS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25(Twenty five) to 0.30 kg (Zero point thirty kilogram ) per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0(Four point zero) to 4.5 (Four point five) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause 505 complete in all respects including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 50 ( fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with minimum bituminous binder @ 5.4 (Five point four) per cent of mix and filler mixed with organosilane nanotechnology @ 0.1%(One percent) by weight of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete Panelled Pavement (ref Clause 13.2 IRC Sp 76-2015) Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 53 (Fifty three ) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 40(Forty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm(Twenty five millimetre) , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum(Zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14(Fourteen) -days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (Two point five millimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms(Two hundred fifty grams ) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (Two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes xomplete as per drawing and MORTH Technical specification cluase 803 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm(Twenty five millimetre x twenty five millimetre x five millimetre) . The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos.(Two numbers) 75mm x 75 mm(Seventy five millimetre x seventy five millimetre ) of 12(Twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm(Four hundred fifty lmillimetre x four hundred fifty millimetre x six hundred millimetre ) , 600mm(Six hundred millimetre) below ground level.
