Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation, n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out as in hard/dense soil all as complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exe 25cm material obtained from excavation (hard/dense soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as directed

M & L For form work to sides of concrete foundation footing base of columns and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar wk vertical or to batter for rought finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, pier, coloumns square, reactangular of polygonal rough finished sourface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 design mix as in fdn, including raft, fooling fdn beams, plinth beams bases for columns and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 design mix as in beams, cantilivers, bressummers all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 design mix as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 m dia and over , cut to length bent to shape required incl necessary cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, and as in stirrups all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete and all as specified and directed

Mild steel work as in (angle iron) as in flat iron, fencing post, struts incl cutting top shape as directed bent to shape drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete confirming to Fe-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanzed 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 dia with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and standard rails straining bolts including securing or lying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed.

M & L painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framesd work such as grills, gratings etc wiith end of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars confrming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint incl a coat of primer all as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins , arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall built in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors or in walls complete all as specified and directed.
