Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soils complete all as shown on drawings ,specified and directed.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof beyound first 1.5m depth in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials in all kinds of soils complete all as shown on drawings specified and directed.

Removing excavated earth upto 1 Km, including loading, unloading and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as shown on drawings specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for all works upto plinth level complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed.

Providing and Laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag Cement, ad mixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 Kg /cum for all works upto plinth level complete all as shown on drawings specified and directed.

M&L for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns etc., for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level with Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed.

S & F Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position having minimum yield strength of 250 Mpa - conforming to IS 2062-2006 grade E-250 type A and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed. Note:- All Gusset plate, Base plate and Anchor bolt etc required to be measured under this item.

S & F Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc., having minimum yield strength of 310 Mpa - confirming to IS 4923-1997, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc., complete Hot finished welded type tubes complete all as shown on drawings ,specified and directed.

Extra providing for item no. 10 Arch type roof truss aesthitically complete all as shown on drawings, specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS : 277, in 240 mps steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS : 277, in 240 Mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling / self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600 mm) complete all as shown on drawings ,specified and directed.

M&L for Painting steel work with mutli surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacturer complete all as shown on drawings, specified and directed.

M&L for Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bellpoint with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required complete all as shown on drawings, specified and directed.

M&L for wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed.

(a) 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

(b) 2 X 10 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supply and fixing of LED Flood Light fitting of 250 W LED made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and high power LEDS secondery lenses with IP 66 protection. LUMEN > 110 L/W conneting up 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed.

Supplying and installing of MS perforated cable trays of size 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness with perforation not more than 17.5%, painted with powder coating, in convenient sections, joined with connectors,suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including nuts and bolts, painting complete all as shown on drawings , specified and directed.

Supply and fixing SMC junction box of size 240 mm x 130 mm x 95 mm (internal size) IP 65 with 6 Amps MCB SP class C series 01 & 4 way 16 A internal block with 200 A rated bus bar four strip mounted on suitable insulator for terminating incoming and outgoing cable 10 sqmm 4 core locking arrangement and fixing arrangement with necessary MS clamps of FI 25 mm x 3 mm - 02 Nos with GI bolts, nuts and washers 6 amps etc complete all as shown on drawings ,specified and directed.

Supply and fix NATURE SWITCH in replacement of analog timer switch of capacity 230volts, max load 3-5kw,25amps rating,single phase, model-SWADEEP-02EC-3KW1P for automatic switching ON/OFF along with Contactors, MCBs and encloser with complete control wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bended, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty, 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in ducts/ walls/ cable tray/ trenches with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand cushining to under ground cable intrenches including spreding, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type I, size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting trench of width 30cm and depth n.exc 60cm through road/hard standing for laying cable through GI pipe and returning ,filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Tubing light grade 40mm for cable protection laid under plinths/ Floors/Roads /paths/ culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
