25mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm graded approved stone laid in pannels finished with 3mm flooring coat of neat cement without base including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. as per si. no. 601(a)
