Drilling, Lowering of assembly, Development of BoreWell at Chulla near Power House , Uhl Stage-III HEP (100 MW), BVPCL, District Mandi H.P

Transportation of suitable truck mounted ODEX drilling rig with portable rig along with necessary accessories to the site of work and erection of portable drilling rig including levelling etc. , Drilling bores of 200 mm dia as per IS:2800:1979 (IS 2800 Part-I:1991 Reaffirmed 2001) from ground level to the overburden as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge through rocky formations consisting of sandstone, limestone, dolomites, conglomerates or any other types of sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rocks including cost of consumable stores, fuel, water, POL etc. and Supply and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) M.S. pipe 175 mm nominal size housing pipe/ slotted pipe (Jindal or equivalent), 5.40 mm thick, bevelled edge conforming to IS:4270-2001 with latest amendments, if any, in about 4 metre to 7 metre lengths, welded without circumferential joints, into bore hole in vertical position including cost of scaffolding, derricks, poles, clamps embedded in foundation etc., including cutting, threading and welding of pipes within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of bore well and yield testing with air compressor through V-notch and disinfection etc. complete in all respects as per IS:2800-1979 and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of KSB make Borewell Submersible Pump Set Model BPD 273/12 + UMA 150 , 20 HP (15 kW), 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, suitable for 200 mm (8"), complete with water-filled submersible pump, built-in non-return valve, stainless steel strainer and all standard accessories. The item shall include lowering, fixing, testing and commissioning of the pump set along with the following complete accessories: 1. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flat submersible copper cable, 3½ core × 4 sq.mm (or size as recommended by the manufacturer), ISI marked, from pump to control panel, complete with waterproof cable jointing kit. 2. Star-Delta control panel with MCB/MCCB (KSB make), contactors, overload relay, three phasing. 3. Gunmetal/CI sluice valve, reflux (non-return) valve (where required), dismantling joint and all necessary pipe fittings.

Providing, supplying, and installing heavy-duty GI delivery pipe(Jindal or equivalent), 75 mm (3") nominal diameter, of required length, complete with flanged or coupled joints, including flanges/couplers, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, all necessary pipe fittings and accessories, including cutting, threading, jointing, testing, and commissioning, complete in all respects.

Providing, supplying, and installing heavy-duty GI delivery pipe(Jindal or equivalent) in open, 75 mm (3") nominal diameter, of required length, complete with flanged or coupled joints, including flanges/couplers, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, all necessary pipe fittings and accessories, including cutting, threading, jointing, testing, and commissioning, complete in all respects.
