Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including any type of sunken treatment , roof treatment, mud phuska, PCC padding,lime concrete etc. and Clean up to existing RCC roof by steel wire brushes and surface washed with clean water and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note: All Demolished material / debries will be taken by the contractor out side of the cantonment without any extra cost to the Govt.Contractor should quote his rate Keeping this Aspect in mind.

cutting grooves in brick wall, for inserting APP membrane and other works, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar (1:3) of PCC 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate),complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete over roof as in padding over and including cement slurry @ 3Kg/Per sqm over old RCC the surface shall be cleaned before application of cement slurry surface, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces of roof, in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and laying at any height 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr / Sqm by the same membrane manufactures roof membrane over existing RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg/ ltr at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Apply on APP membrane a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. (e) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from in side of PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words and reconnecting and refixing of the tank in position to make it operational, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement no pigment over and included 15mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type B–0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC padding, paving, coping, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded, door cill, fillets at junctions between roof & parapet wall hold fast and other like works, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges and ms flat iron wind ties if any, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick,having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in any position ( unframed work ) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality ‘A’ , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 16 to 20mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 22.50 cm and not exceeding 30cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair, water storage tank, 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass ball valve 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore and including 20mm bore tank nipple & one 20mm GI union at outlet and including disconnecting dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site , complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour galvanised iron tubing 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 23 here in befor but except GI pipe, (old serviceable GI tubing should be used as obtained from serial item No 22 here in before, the rates including for cleaning also), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note- The cost of providing WPC shall be included in quoted rate under this item )

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces, chajjas, etc. in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white lime wash on surfaces of ceiling, chajjas, roof projection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls by with mechanical / electrical driven grinders suitable for removal work and scrapping washing rubbing down etc and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion over and including two coats of acrylic based wall care putty with one coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 74,500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 123. of tender doCubic metre ents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
