Supply and fix in repairs sluice valves cast iron body PN-1.0 complete with brass spindle and hand wheel including joints and fixing material including taking down old unsv sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Polypropylene random copolymer 3 (Three) layer (PP-R) pipes SDR 7.4, UV stablized green coloured, inner anti microbial, fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fitting, laid in trenches for the following sizes of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PP-R gate valve (brass insert) as per requirement of site and fixed in position including taking down unserviceable gate valves for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed:-

Supply and fix (welding) in repair at site MS flange heavy duty complete with nuts bolts and washers 06 nos suitable for 100 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :1. Taking out pipe from trenches/delivery/raising mains and relaying 2. Welding at site shall be done with portable welding set. Welding set shall be arrange by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying pipes/cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ losse soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 50 m and dipositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

M&L for development of bore well of depth 101 mtrs and 108 mtrs respectively for 24 hours with air compressor machine at desired air pressure till clear sand free potable water is obtained from the bore well including taking out submersible pump motor, cable and column pipe of any description or size and re-lowering the pump set alongwith existing column pipes, submersible cable of any make/size and nuts bolts & washers of suitable size/length including making all electrical connectios after completion of developemnt work and testing for required yeild of ground water all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for plain cement concrete of ratio 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring including dismantling of old PCC floor complete.

M&L pea gravels of size 3mm to 8mm for topping up of approved quality including washing and cleaning at site to fill space between the casing pipe and bore complete.

Replacement of gasket sheet for jointing of flanged column pipe.

Disconnection of defective three phase induction motor of 3 HP, dismantling it from its mounting and transportation to workshop for rewinding including strip opening of induction motor and taking out burnt windings, cleaning of motor, rotor and stator with cleaning material, rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including varnishing, insulating sleeves,drying at requisite temperature,including applying suitable grease to bearing & moving parts, replacement of unserviceable spare parts and re-assembling of motor, testing and connecting the motor to its original location complete all as required at site including making necessary electrical connections all as specified and directed.

Servicing/overhauling of air compressor of air tank capacity 150 litres with maximum flow rate 14cfm ,maximum working pressure 12Kg/Cm2, 230 volts AC 50Hz supply operated including opening of cylinder head valve mechanism, cylinder liners and other parts, accessories and replacement of defective spares complete all as specified and re-assembling the machine and testing upto standard pressure including renewal/repairing to cylinder head,piston, piston rings, fan gaurd etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of engine oil 20 W 40 suitable for air compressor including draining out old lub oil.
