8509/E8 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCL LT PANEL MCCB LT CABLE AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT MIL STN SHAHJAHANPUR CANTT UNDER GE (EAST) BAREILLY

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose or any other type of soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point.

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18cm as cable cushioning and covering all as directed.

M&L for laying bricks, sub class'B' for protection of cable, in trenches, laid in dry flat across the cable with length of whole bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/erecting in replacement steel tubular poles in vertical position/as strut poles sewaged 410-SP-31, 9 Mtr long, complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0metres long) complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in replacement pin type insulator procelain, vitreous white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel spindle, two nos galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete including taking up of old UNSV pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement shackle type insulator porcelain vitereous white, brown or green including galvanised M.S. straps 31x5mm size, 100mm height, 115mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps, nut, bolts washers complete for 1100 volts grade insulator complete including taking up of old UNSV Shakle type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plate fabricated from structural steel sections such as channels, angles, flat iron including 16mm dia bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts/insulators in any shape and size as directed and inclusive of one priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms complete including taking up of old UNSV cross arms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
