Annual Rate Contract for Sweeping and Cleaning of Stage- II Powerhouse and JHP Store Office, Including Jungle Cutting Around Stage-II Powerhouse and Switchyard at POJHP, District Kalimpong, PIN 734503 for a Period of Two Years.

Daily Sweeping, cleaning and moping of floors, steps, dado etc with broom sticks & wet clothes with phenyl water etc., & Daily cleaning the dust from walls, roofs, corridors etc. & Daily cleaning toilet and wash basin with vim powder, phenyl, naphthalene balls including all the tools & tackles as required at Stage-II Power House complex.

Weekly Cleaning & mopping of each doors, windows, glass panes / glazings for fixed as well as open-able windows), MS grills etc. at Stage-II Power House complex, by soap / detergent water and rubbing with cloths etc. in all type of turbine floor and movement area surrounding of the two units and & Weekly scraping & removing greasy soot from each wall, floors etc. at turbine floor at Stage-II Power House complex with dry coir ropes, jute bags and detergent as required. Note: All the tools & tackles and required consumables are included in the item

Weekly cleaning of each plinth area drains including each plinth surface area around Stage II Power House including spreading bleaching powder on the top surface of drains inside and outside as necessary. Note: All the tools & tackles and required consumables (other than bleaching powder) are included in the item. Cost of bleaching powder to be paid through item no- 04

Cutting of branches of trees shrubs and trimming of grass and weeds iii) Trimming of grass and weeds from shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per technical specifications Clause 1914 for Rural Roads of MORD. (in flanks and slopes to keep compound area around Stage-II Power House complex, Diesel Power House and surroundings etc.)
