Consultancy work for Road Safety Audit (RSA) of ROB Construction at LC-66 in Hanumangarh (Satipura)

Consultancy services for Stage-5 (Pre-Opening) Road Safety Audit with detailed Reports for under construction ROB and nearby RUB/ LHS work with approaches and service roads at above location, including all ancillary works as per scope of work mentioned in term of reference (TOR) and bid document attached. Major head of the works includes (1) Detailed road safety audit covering review of design and traffic movement plan after traffic studies including past studies, current pattern and possible changes in traffic flow, site inspection (Day and night time inspections including Wet-Weather Simulation) and analysis of road safety features, focusing on aspects like road and bridge geometrics, drainage, lighting, signage with traffic and pedestrian safety. (2) Review of traffic movement plans, traffic lighting plan, road marking and road furniture layout and safety aspects of traffic merging/turning at various location related with the project area, including submission of suggestive drawings for the same, as per available space and structure constructed already, incorporating recommendations given by various Committee during execution of project. (3) Submission of comprehensive report (with sketch and drawings) with geo-tagged photographs and chainage-wise observations and recommendations for safety improvements with prioritizing hazards by risk level using a formal Risk Matrix including Submission of a Decision Tracking Form that allows the client to record their response to each recommendation. (4) All necessary correction in drawings & design (if required) till completion of work and commecement of traffic through it, as desired by Engineer-in-charge. (5) All other relevent works as desired and as mentioned in TOR and Bid documents, up to full stisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (Note:- Payment Schedule shall be as mentioned in Bid Documents.)
