Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, path , foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 38 mm wide 3 mm thick glass dividing strips.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L PCC solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width type B1 (1:2:4 ) using 20 mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complate all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over squarred rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 cm thick sand stone slabs as in chajjas, copings, window cills, etc n.exc 2 m in length punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut one side polished granite of approved colour in kitchen plate form, etc set and jointed including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chhaja etc all as directed & finished even & smooth complete

Providing and laying (interlocking paver)60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

Taking down bush/vegetation in roof side, wall and any position in the existing bldg complete portion removing the all root on wall complete with the satisfication of Engr in charge and after removing the root the whole area of spray the acid in the and making good distrubed area with PCC/Plastering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work using MS angle iron , rectangular hollow sections. solid square bars , fat iron, MS Channel sections , or hollow structural tubes etc incl necessary cutting & bending to shape & welding together complete as in cooler stand, gates, cattle traps, overhead trusses, railings etc complete all as per the design & patterns complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement/GI// PVC ( corrugated , semicorrugated , etc ) sheet in roof covering.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

S & F 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof , wall etc.

S & F framed work such as grills, grating, etc. with ends of bar shoulder and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar complete.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring benching to drain, coping, etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing 35 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & jallies (measured solid) including all mouldings and including pre-cast frames set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required

M & L cement concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against side of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying jointing and testing 150mm bore reinfirced conctete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed in cement mortor 1:1 complete with collars or socket/spigot type laid jointed and haunching at side in cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- cement concrete used for haunching concrete shall be measured and paid seperately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from over head water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc including dismantling & refixing at same or other place of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- Accessories including replaced the float valve trede nipple , gate valve if damaged during the cleaning of tank shall be replaced by the contractor at his own arrangement and will not be paid by the department.

Demolition of existing water proofing Treatment including PCC padding etc and cleaning roof surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster /PCC by brushing with wire brush and fanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc .

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type BO using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as over roof for making good depression/undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed etc

M& L for roof treatment in the following stages :- (a) first Course : M&L for 10 mm thick plaster with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturee instructions (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Second Course : One coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm (c) Third Course : One coat of Bininding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (d) Fourth Course : A layer of APP membrane polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each, thickness 2 mm having weigh 3.00Kg/Sqm (e) Fifth Course : A coat of bonding materail using blown type bitumn conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (f) Sixth Course :40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 padding, well compacted using 20 mm graded aggreegatel with groovs shall not be exceeding 1.40 Sqm
